hihi, ur rad i really like fnaf but havent watched besides the earliest one that came out (i kinda loved it) so two questions:
what do you think about the fnaf movies overall?
whats ur opinion on movie version of william afton?
// Greetings! You're awesome too!
Thanks for the questions.
Regarding the FNAF MOVIES overall, they barely scratch the surface of the OG FNAF story. Using high-looking eyes instead of soul eyes or, yes, twisting the original lore into whatever that was leaves much to be desired. If that mess serves as someone's very first impression of this world... oh boy. It had tremendous potential if only it had dared to go deeper. I still like it, though. Any FNAF content is worth liking tbh.
As for the other question; Matthew Lillard’s performance was undeniably stylish and entertaining, yes, but he was written a bit too much like a standard, run of the mill movie villain, you get me? I, honestly, expected a far more subtle psychological showcase. Though the movie is rated PG-13 after all... How much more could we expect. (-sigh-!!!)
Still, I'm quite excited for the next movie and especially to see more of the Afton Family, Hen and Will's interactions in Fredbear's era.
// Have a great day!
